Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Everything Solutions, operated by Advantage Design & Consulting Inc ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Site or purchase a Product.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Order information: name, email address, billing address, phone number, and the purchase amount.
• Payment information: credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Card data is transmitted directly to our payment processor (Authorize.net) and is not stored on our servers. We retain only the last four digits and the card brand for receipt and reconciliation purposes.
• Communications: if you contact us by email or via the contact form, we keep a record of your message and our reply.

Information collected automatically

• IP address at the time of order, used for fraud screening and recorded with the order.
• Server logs: standard web-server access logs (URL, timestamp, user agent, referring URL).
• Session cookies: we use a single first-party PHP session cookie to maintain your shopping cart across page loads. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order — authorize the payment, deliver license keys and downloads, send order confirmations.
• To respond to support inquiries.
• To investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Sharing of information

We share information only with:

• Authorize.net — our payment processor — to authorize and capture credit-card transactions. Authorize.net's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at authorize.net/company/privacy.
• Hosting and email providers — third-party vendors that help us run the Site and deliver order emails.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We retain order records (including name, email, billing address, last four digits of the card, and transaction reference numbers) for at least seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting regulations. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes.

Security

The Site uses HTTPS (TLS) for all pages. Payment card data is transmitted directly to Authorize.net over encrypted connections; we never store full card numbers, full expiration dates, or CVV codes. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, email bchan@relcapco.com from the email address associated with your order. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request, and we may decline requests where we are required to retain information by law.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to (1) know what personal information we collect, (2) request deletion, (3) opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
